OffPlanKoto
Dubai Property Rentals, Bilingual and AI assisted
01
Overview
OffPlanKoto is a live rental platform for Dubai, built for Kevin Coto Carrera at DDA Real Estate. It combines residential and commercial listings with community guides, a natural language property search, and a direct WhatsApp line to the consultant. The site runs in English and Spanish on a server rendered Next.js stack deployed to Vercel.
02
The challenge
- Making a property search feel human — visitors describe what they want in their own words instead of fighting a filter panel
- Keeping listing, community and commercial data consistent across two languages and multiple routes
- Presenting rental prices, sizes and building details clearly enough to verify before a viewing
- Shipping a fast, image heavy experience on Vercel without sacrificing Core Web Vitals
03
What shipped
- Natural language search: “furnished 1BR in Business Bay under AED 90k” returns matching rentals
- Residential listings with galleries, price, bedrooms, size, building and community context
- Community pages for Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Beach Vista, Dubai Creek Harbour and more
- Commercial rentals split into offices, business centres, shops and retail
- Bilingual English and Spanish routes with localised metadata and content
- Direct WhatsApp enquiry with the property reference pre filled for each listing
- Dubai Rental Survival Kit — a practical guide to budgets, paperwork and viewings
